Position: EMPLOYEE RELATIONS ASSOCIATE
Dynamic, outgoing individual with excellent communication skills needed to build relationships and create awareness
among corporate, government and non-profit organizations regarding the benefits of hiring CSS students and
graduates and of the services of the Career Services' office. The goals of the position are to increase internship
and job opportunities, recruitment, and hiring activity for the college's students and graduates. Requires a
bachelor's degree (master's preferred) in College Student Development, Public Relations, Marketing or a related
field and experience working in employer relations, human resources or a related area. All applicants must be
