Did you ever wonder how personal wellness can improve service, productivity and corporate energy?

In this session, Jodi Tervo Roberts will provide information on personal health and wellness that you can use in your organization to look at stress positively and improve compassionate service, productivity and energy.

This will be an interactive presentation that gets the audience involved in simple exercises that help show and FEEL the "Why" behind workplace well-being, and how easily it can be incorporated in the culture. Or, maybe more realistically, how easily it can be encouraged in the workplace, with cultural benefits.

This session will allow you to feel and experience workplace well-being exercises, understand why workplace well-being is important and will describe how you can bring holistic workplace well-being to your co-workers and leaders of your organization.
