About the Session & Speaker
Workplace bullying has been around forever, but is more complicated and nuanced than the stereotypical angry boss. In this session, Fran Sepler, a consultant, fact-finder, researcher and nationally recognized speaker will help us to recognize the full array of workplace bullying dynamics, including the way they manifest in the virtual workplace.
We will talk about investigating bullying claims, why organizations overlook bullying behavior and how bullies can sometimes turn unwitting HR professionals into enablers.
