Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (ED&I) is more than policies, programs, or headcounts. Equitable employers outpace their competitors by respecting the unique needs, perspectives and potential of all their team members. As a result, diverse and inclusive workplaces earn deeper trust and more commitment from their employees.

The purpose of these roundtable sessions is to introduce the concepts of diversity and inclusion and to discuss how we can begin having productive conversations about these topics in the workplace. All are welcome. These are free to members and their guests. These are very informal. You can come and share or simply listen in.

The goal is to look at the research and continue the conversation about DE&I. SHRM has launched Together Forward @Work, a call to action to drive racial inequity out of the workplace. As Volunteer Leaders, we are providing you details about Together Forward @Work. There is a microsite dedicated to this mission featuring SHRM content on racial bias in the workplace and new groundbreaking research. It also includes conversation starters to help facilitate discussions about diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace. https://togetherforwardatwork.shrm.org/
