The Northland Human Resource Association (NHRA), established
in 1988, has over 100 members in the Duluth-Superior and surrounding areas.
NHRA is an affiliate of the Society for Human Resource Management, the largest
professional Human Resource organization in world.
Benefits of Membership:
- Monthly educational programming on current human resource topics.
- Opportunity to network and interact with HR colleagues in the community.
- Membership directory to assist with networking and problem solving.
- Access to timely, informative content on our website, and a quarterly
newsletter.
- Educational meetings provide recertification credits.
- Free PHR/SPHR Certification classes for members seeking certification through the
Human Resource Certification Institute.

Monthly Meetings:
Monthly educational meetings are usually scheduled for the second Tuesday of each month, except
for July and August, when we break for the summer. They're usually held from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM
and include lunch. The fee is $15. There are some
exceptions, so keep an eye on the Event Calendar for the exact
time and day.
How Do I Join?
Joining is simple.
Dues are $60 per calendar year, or $50 for SHRM
members.
