Special Meeting of the Membership Minutes
June 8, 2010
Holiday Center, Duluth, MN
Call to order 11:40 a.m.
- President Laurie Pinther announced the resignation of Secretary Wendy Sersha from the Board of Directors.
The by-laws require that the open position be filled by a vote of the membership within 30 days of the
resignation, so the special meeting was called at the June educational meeting.
- Laurie Pinther nominated current Assistant Secretary Judy Aspling and also called for other nominations.
Hearing none, Judy was elected by affirmation of the membership.
Adjourned at 11:45 a.m.
